So I went to look up this number on Google to find out if it was Clarkson Eyecare or not, and I found this site. It’s 800notes.com, where you can easily look any phone number and it will find out who it was for you, as well as some reviews about this number from other people like yourself. I think this is a great idea, and am happy I found it. Pretty cool website!

I prefer http://www.phonespamfilter.com — they have a slightly different focus, going particularly after telemarketers. They also have automated blocking for your home phone line.
