April’s Birthday

Well it’s April’s Month, hints the name. Her Birthday is April 9th, coming so fast. She’ll be 26, she is getting old! ;) So, I’m posting for ideas on what I should get her for her Birthday. I know I know… I’m a procrastinator, I cannot help it! So, just post a comment on ideas. I won’t accept them, so you won’t have to worry about her seeing any of them. I really only have one idea. I just can’t seem to think of anything lately. I’ll have to go looking, I guess, on Thursday. I wish I made a lot of money. There is so much out there she wants, but they are so expensive. Wooo… I just got an idea. Hmmm… where to get it.

Well on a side-note. I’ve finished up my photo gallery. It turned out really sweet. I still have a few things I need to redo, but it’s really nice to be able to incorporate all my photos within my blog, without having to edit multiple pages all the time. Check them out!

Well I have to get going. I’ll try to take pictures on April’s Birthday, if we have a party for her.

So I went to look up this number on Google to find out if it was Clarkson Eyecare or not, and I found this site. It’s 800notes.com, where you can easily look any phone number and it will find out who it was for you, as well as some reviews about this number from other people like yourself. I think this is a great idea, and am happy I found it. Pretty cool website!

Got new glasses!

So last Friday (I know I’m late in writing this), I went to the eye doctor and April bought me a new pair of glasses. They are Oakley Intake 4.0’s with transition lenses for the sun. They are really sweet. I can’t wait to get them. I should be getting them in about a week or so! The doctor said everything looked good, except I had a astigmatism in one of my eyes which was causing my migraines. Also that my eyes have gotten better, so my glasses I have now could be another factor for my headaches.

I actually got to sleep in!

Yep that’s right. I haven’t slept in for about 2 months. It seemed like I always had to do something on my days off. Now that I don’t have two days off in a row, it seems like I don’t have to good of way to plan. I wish they would just stick with my normal days off and keep it like that! Oh well, at least I got some sleep. I played Call of Duty till 3AM and I was pooped when I went to bed.

Well I just made an Eye Appointment. I really need new glasses.  Hopefully I can get some Oakley frame, if they aren’t to expensive. We’ll see. Kind of excited. Hmmm. Well I got to go get ready for my haircut.

Accomplished a lot today

Got everything except the Haircut and Glasses done. I made a hair appointment, but wasn’t able to make it in today. He must be busy. Anyways, I cleaned the house, the whole house. I did laundry, dishes, cleaned the doggy up for his appointment tomorrow, cleaned dishes, and went to get my check. My day was very busy. After all of this, we went out to eat. We went to get April some Outback, and me some Helen Fitzgerald’s. Yummy! It was a good night.

Well got to go to work tomorrow. Another long weekend. Almost time for bed. Probably going to play some Call of Duty 4 whenever 24 is over.

Tomorrow’s To-Dos

I got a bunch of stuff to do tomorrow.

1. Gotta go get my check and put it in the mail
2. Possibly stop and look for a step-stool chair thingamabob
3. Go get a new pair of glasses
4. Need a haircut, so I’ll try to fit that in there
5. Clean the entire house (It really needs it)
6. Vacuum the house
7. Clean the doggy
8. Do laundry

I’m sure I’m missing something. It sure seems like a lot to do on one day off. I miss my two days off in a row.

Injuries suck!

Today at work, on my way to the car, I fell. Not just a little slip, a fall. I fell hard. The ground was full of ice, and normal me, always in a hurry, got what he asked for. Pain! April thinks I just bruised it, but man… it is killing me! I played a little COD, and we were on our way out the door, me trying to make it to the car, but I decided to just stay home and stay off of it for the night. It’s actually kind of nice to just rest on the couch for the whole night. Haven’t really done that in a while. Well while we were sitting here, April went to get our mail. The income tax check was in there! I can’t believe we are getting almost $4500 back. That is great. Bye bye old boring upstairs… there is a nice big office coming to take your place!

Well I started a photoblog. It’s pretty cool. I’m working on trying to take more pictures and to keep you guys updated. So check out the photos, bookmark the page, and continue to visit. Maybe I’ll take a picture of all this snow we are supposed to get tonight. Hmmm… I can’t wait for Spring!

Well, sorry I haven’t been blogging much, I’ll try to work on that a little. For now, I’m going to go watch T.V.

Not a whole lot to write about.

I haven’t really had much to say the past few days. I put in a resume to Windsor School District for the 2nd time in a year. I heard there was another opening and I jumped on it. Should be better money and better/steadier hours. That’ll be nice. I can’t wait to find out. They called off school due to bad weather, so I didn’t get a chance to call them on Thursday or Friday. Guess I will try again on Monday or Tuesday. Wish me luck.

Other than that, not a whole lot going on. Went to see Avenue Q. It was just as good as it was when we saw it in New York. Stacy and Nick (April’s sister and Stacy’s fiance) went with us. It was a good time. We went out to eat at Applebee’s before. It made me kind of have a stomach ache the whole way through the play, but it was still worth it!

Well hopefully I’ll have some more to write about here in the near future. Just been a slow week I guess.

What I got for Valentine’s Day

I woke up in a sea of candy’s hearts this morning. They were all over the place. I found them in the bed, in my pants, in my shoes, under the lid of the laptop, on the island, in my office, pretty much everywhere! I’ll be surprised if there aren’t any in the bathroom. April’s funny…
