Antivirus 2008 Removal

Tonight I will write a tutorial on how to remove Antivirus 2008 spyware software. As well as the warning windows on the desktop. I will be taking a screenshoot of what I am talking about. This virus also make your computer look like it’s blue screening and restarting, when it is not at all doing this. I will give you all details soon on how to get rid of this and the tools I use to help with this.

Qik is now available to 2.0.1 jailbroken phones!

Yep that’s right. Qik just made there stream software available to the new 2.0 and up jailbroken phones via the Cydia App. Hints the reason of why I did it, because I knew this was on it’s way here! I am so excited I can’t even begin to describe it. It’s a great feature and is awesome that I can stream anywhere I’m at, live, via my iPhone! OK, so I tried to jailbreak my iphone yesterday and it screwed up. I worked on it literally 10 hours and I finally found the fix. You need to download your iTunes to 2.5 and do a 1.1.4 firmware update. I’ll explain step by step. This is to fix the dreaded 1604 error.

1. Uninstall 7.7 or 7.6 or what ever version you are using.
2. Restart your computer
3. Install 7.5
4. Restart
5. When computer boots, it will load iTunes (if not, just open it)
6. It will start the recover process. Make sure you iphone is in DFU mode.
7. After you have this ready, hold shift (command on mac) and click restore.
8. This should be it. Should be back to normal!

This took me forever. I thought my iphone was dead, but it’s not. Thank god! Ask questions if needed.

Our upstairs is all done except for the touch-ups, which I think I will do today. After that, just a few more places to clean and hang pictures and we’ll be finished up all the way! Can’t wait! Check out my webcam, I’m sure I will be up there a lot more now. Especially now that we are getting another DIRECTV box. So stay tuned for me on the cam. You should be able to see me a bunch today too. Got to get those touch-ups done!

The change has been made and has been tested fully. That change is, well if you can’t tell by now… well… leave! Wait don’t, maybe this is your first time here… Well I’ll shut up. The changes of my new website layout are finished! I am now working on trying to get my damn webcam setup and running right. I had it going all day today, but it just wasn’t working right. I changed a few settings, and now it won’t recognize my camera is even connected. I guess I’ll have to find one made for a mac. I have a couple in mind. I am just reviewing a few to see which one would be best for me, and my mac. The ones I’m looking at, should shoot really good video, so stay tuned for that.

I was thinking about doing a video blog tonight, but I am just way to pooped to do that. This tax free weekend stuff, tore me up! I can’t wait for my day off on Tuesday, so look for a vlog then. I have a ton of stuff to do, so I hope I can get to it. Maybe with my new webcam? We’ll see. Our upstairs is totally done, aside from the touch ups, so stay tuned for that video.

So to wrap this up, I want to mention one thing. Check out my mobile photo blog. It’s a gathering of my photos I take on my iphone. I have been uploading new photos daily, so keep on the look out!

Redoing my website

Over the course of the next week or two or three, I am going to be redesigning my website again. I am just tired of the boredom I get from my current layout. It’s just so boring. I’m working up a few ideas in this brain of mine to make it the best design I’ve done. I really like the simplicity of John Mayer’s blog. I think I’m going to base it off of that, but put a few of my own twists in it. I have a few plans I have gathered here in the past few minutes, but I’m sure, as always, this will change. I hope that I will be able to get my laptop up and running tomorrow, so I can get started, but I always have my mac to use until then. Can’t wait to see how it turns out, but I promise you perfection. Better than anything RandyR.net has seen before. Stay tuned!
